Tax time doesn’t have to be stressful. Our registered tax agent partner prepares and lodges your return — you send the documents, and we handle the calculations, the deductions, and the ATO.

Frequently asked questions

What if I missed the deadline?
Don’t panic — lodge as soon as you can. Late lodgement can attract penalties and interest, but getting it done now stops things getting worse. A registered tax agent can also help you get back on track.

What does the tax agent actually do?
They check your records, calculate your taxable income, claim the deductions you’re entitled to, prepare the return, and lodge it with the ATO on your behalf.

How long does it take?
Once we have all your documents, most straightforward returns are prepared within a week or two. ATO processing and any refund usually follow within a few weeks of lodgement.

Is my data secure?
Yes. Your documents are handled securely and shared only with the registered tax agent preparing your return. We never sell or share your information.
